Employee navigator allows you to review you benefit selections and walks you step by step through the enrollment process. Please review the personal and dependent information. Those planning to add a dependent will need their social security number and date of birth.
This is your opportunity to elect or waive benefit coverage for the benefit year. These benefits are effective October 1st.
Benefits may not be changed during the year unless you have a qualifying life event. Examples include marriage, birth, loss of coverage or gaining other coverage. For more information on the qualifying life events, please review the “qualified life events” page in the benefits guide.

Medical
You have the flexibility to seek care from an in-network or out-of-network provider. It is important to note that you receive the maximum benefits from the plan when you seek services from in-network providers.
Dental
Maintaining good dental health by getting regular checkups may prevent you from having major expenses later. The plan covers routine checkups and comprehensive coverage for other types of dental work you might need.
Vision
Regular eye examinations help determine your need for corrective eyewear and may also detect general
health problems in their earliest stages.
